Cancelation Policy

Pure Esthetics would like to inform all clients of an important update to the booking policy, effective from 12 June 2026.

To ensure appointment availability is managed fairly and to continue providing the highest standard of service, the following terms and conditions will apply to all bookings from this date onward:

• All appointments must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Appointment slots will only be secured and confirmed once payment has been received.

• Any cancellation or request to reschedule an appointment must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment will be non-refundable, and the full appointment fee will be retained.

• Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") will forfeit the full payment made for that appointment.
